Preparation of

It is prepared by peeling the outer skin of the heat-treated natural hazelnut kernel, making it with 5% or less skin, and reducing the humidity to the desired level in the range of 4-5%.

Dimensions

It is prepared in single / multiple sizes between 9 - 11 mm, 11 - 13 mm, 13 - 15 mm, 15 mm + or 9 mm - 16 mm.

Field of usage

It is used in chocolate, confectionery and pastry industries. It is also consumed as a snack.
